Kristin K. McNamara, DDS, MS, is an assistant professor in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and Radiology at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. A diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, she enjoys a broad scope of practice, providing clinical consultation for referral patients and participating in an active biopsy service. She has published multiple refereed articles and abstracts, and is a peer reviewer for several scholarly journals.
John R. Kalmar, DMD, PhD, is a clinical professor in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and Radiology at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in Columbus. He is a director of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and a past president of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. Kalmar recently served on the American Dental Association expert panel to review and assess adjuncts for the detection and assessment of potentially malignant oral disorders. Tammy R. Sanderson, RDH, MSDH, is director for dental hygiene at Columbia Basin College in Pasco, Washington. She has presented nationally and internationally, and published in peer-reviewed journals.
Karen M. Portillo, RDH, MSDH, taught in graduate and undergraduate dental hygiene education and is now a public health dental hygienist in a nonprofit, school-based dental sealant program. Michelle Boyce, DHSc, RDH, FADHA, is the program director and clinical assistant professor of dental hygiene at Byrdine F. Lewis of Nursing and Health Professions, Georgia State University in Atlanta.
Donna Catapano-Martinez, DHSc, CDA, RDH, is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting at New York University College of Dentistry in New York.
