Daniel Castagna, DDS, is a clinical associate professor in the Department of Preventive and Restorative Dentistry at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. He holds fellowships in the Pierre Fauchard Academy, American College of Dentists and International College of Dentists. Castagna is president of the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry Alumni Association.
Eugene A. Pantera Jr., DDS, MS, is a clinical associate professor emeritus at the University at Buffalo, where he served as director of the Division of Endodontics and the advanced program in endodontics. A national and international lecturer and member of Decisions in Dentistry’s editorial advisory board, he is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, American College of Dentists, and the International College of Dentists. Jim Downs, DMD, and his wife, Nickie Lê, DDS, operate an integrated, comprehensively focused, patient relationship-centered practice in Denver. Clinic head of the renowned Dr. Dick Barnes Group, Downs lectures nationally and internationally. Jana M. Pierce, RDH, MS, is a dental hygienist and an oral surgery assistant, and serves as an adjunct allied health instructor for Rogue Community College in Grants Pass, Oregon.
