Joseph R. Carpentieri, DDS, is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Prosthodontics at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He is also in private practice, specializing in surgical implantology and prosthodontics in White Plains, New York.

Robert A. Lowe, DDS, FAGD, FICD, FADI, FACD, FIADE, practices general dentistry in Charlotte, North Carolina. Previously, he served as a clinical professor of restorative dentistry at Loyola University School of Dentistry in Chicago. An author and international lecturer on esthetic and restorative dentistry, he received the Gordon Christensen Outstanding Lecturers Award in 2004. Marcia M. Ditmyer, PhD, MCHES, is assistant dean for assessment and instruction and an associate professor in residence with emeritus at UNLV School of Dental Medicine. Tanis Stewart, MPA, MBA, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Informatics and Information Systems and Services at the University of Maryland in Baltimore and a professor and instructional designer in the Department of Applied Science and Technology at Thomas Edison State University in Trenton, New Jersey.

Ahmed M. Zaher, DDS, is an assistant professor in the Department of Restorative Sciences at the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.

Kevin D. Plummer, DDS, is a professor and chair of the Department of Restorative Sciences at the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University in Augusta. His teaching interests include complex treatment planning, and preclinical and clinical courses in removable prosthodontics.
