Joshua E. Lubek, DDS, MD, FACS, is an associate professor and the fellowship director of the Oral-Head & Neck Oncology/Microvascular Surgery Program in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore. An author and international lecturer, Lubek’s clinical interests include head and neck surgery, microvascular reconstructive surgery, transoral robotic surgery and maxillofacial trauma surgery. Hai Zhang, DMD, PhD, FACP, is an associate professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Washington School of Dentistry.
Stephen J. Sterlitz, DDS, MS, ABGD, is an associate professor and division chief in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in Lexington. He is retired from the U.S. Navy Dental Corps. As an adviser to the Navy Surgeon General, Sterlitz was instrumental in the implementation of chairside dental CAD/CAM capabilities throughout Navy Medicine. Dennis J. Fasbinder, DDS, ABGD, is a clinical professor in the Department of Cariology, Restorative Sciences and Endodontics at the University of
Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor. He directs the Computerized Dentistry Unit that has been dedicated to research and education on CAD/CAM dental systems for more than 20 years.

George G. Gatseos II, DDS, MSBA, is chief executive officer for Safe Dental Services, a Colorado-based dental infection control and practice consulting firm specializing in Occupational Safety and Health Administration training for dental professionals. He previously served as an associate professor at the School of Dental Medicine, University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus, where he was the infection control officer for 10 years. An author and lecturer, Gatseos is a member of the Association of Professionals in Infection Control and Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention.
