ADA Makes Financial Investment in Two Technology Companies

0

The American Dental Association (ADA) has invested in two innovative companies, Oral Genome and Overjet, which offer cutting-edge technologies to support oral health professionals in diagnosis and patient care. Oral Genome developed a saliva test that detects biomarkers related to caries and periodontitis, providing instant results through a mobile app, while Overjet’s artificial intelligence platform enables real-time detection of dental caries and bone loss from radiographs. These investments were made through the ADA Innovation Advisory Committee, which evaluates products and technologies from a financial standpoint. While not an endorsement of the products, these investments aim to support the future financial success of the ADA. They also represent a commitment to advancing dental care and integrating technology to benefit both providers and patients alike. Click here to read more.
