LA and San Francisco Oral Health Professionals Must Be Vaccinated Against COVID-19 to Continue Practicing

Two new public health orders issued in Los Angeles County and San Francisco on August 12 require all oral health professionals to be vaccinated against COVID-19. These local ordinances are more strict than a California-wide guideline released in July that stated oral health professionals must be either vaccinated or submit to weekly COVID-19 testing.
