COVID-19 Is Third Leading Cause of Death in the United States

COVID-19 has reached a macabre milestone, as it is now the third leading cause of death in the United States. Illness caused by the novel coronavirus kills more Americans than the flu, stroke, Alzheimer disease, kidney disease, diabetes, and lower respiratory disease.
