ADA to Host Elder Care Symposium

The American Dental Association (ADA) will host its first Elder Care Symposium from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Friday, June 28 at 211 East Chicago Ave., Chicago. Clinicians will learn to navigate the best ways to provide oral health care in an aging society. The ADA’s first symposium on this topic is designed to boost awareness of elder care and oral health, highlight the relationship between oral health and systemic health of this highly vulnerable population, and present reliable and credible information and practical solutions to help dental teams succeed in improving the oral and systemic health of the senior population.
