Richard D. Trushkowsky, DDS, FAGD, FICD, FACD, FADM, is a clinical professor and associate director of the advanced program in aesthetic dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry in New York. John S. Cavallaro Jr., DDS, is a clinical professor in the College of Dental Medicine at Columbia University in New York. An international lecturer and author, he also maintains a private practice specializing in surgical implantology and prosthodontics in Brooklyn.
Gary Greenstein, DDS, MS, is a clinical professor in the
Department of Periodontics at Columbia University College of
Dental Medicine in New York. He also maintains a periodontal
practice in Freehold, New Jersey. A board diplomate of American
Academy of Periodontology, Greenstein has authored more than

Kathy Bassett, RDH, MEd, is a professor emerita of dental hygiene at Pierce College in Lakewood, Washington, and an affiliate professor in the Department of Oral Health Sciences at the University of Washington School of Dentistry in Seattle. A national and international lecturer, Bassett writes frequently on local anesthesia and is a coauthor of Local Anesthesia for Dental Professionals.
John J. Warren, DDS, MS, is a professor in the Department of Preventive and Community Dentistry at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in Iowa City, where he directs the graduate program in dental public health. A board-certified public health dentist, he serves as secretary-treasurer of the American Board of Dental Public Health. An active researcher, Warren has published more than 150 peer-reviewed papers.
