Deeba Kashtwari, BDS, MS, serves as division director for oral and maxillofacial radiology, and as an assistant clinical professor and radiation safety officer in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Diagnostic Sciences at University of Florida, College of Dentistry. A diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, Kashtwari is also on faculty at the University of Florida, College of Medicine and the University of Florida Health, Shands Hospital.

Joshua E. Lubek, DDS, MD, FACS, is an associate professor and the fellowship director of the Oral-Head & Neck Oncology/Microvascular Surgery Program in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore. An author and international lecturer, Lubek’s clinical interests include head and neck surgery, microvascular reconstructive surgery, transoral robotic surgery and maxillofacial trauma surgery. Hai Zhang, DMD, PhD, FACP, is an associate professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Washington School of Dentistry.
Stephen J. Sterlitz, DDS, MS, ABGD, is an associate professor and division chief in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in Lexington. He is retired from the U.S. Navy Dental Corps. As an adviser to the Navy Surgeon General, Sterlitz was instrumental in the implementation of chairside dental CAD/CAM capabilities throughout Navy Medicine. Dennis J. Fasbinder, DDS, ABGD, is a clinical professor in the Department of Cariology, Restorative Sciences and Endodontics at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor. He directs the Computerized Dentistry Unit that has been dedicated to research and education on CAD/CAM dental systems for more than 20 years.
