Jon B. Suzuki, DDS, PhD, MBA, FACD, FICD, is a professor of microbiology
and immunology in the School of Medicine and of periodontology and
oral implantology in the School of Dentistry at Temple University in
Philadelphia. He is also chairman of the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration Dental Products Panel. Suzuki serves as faculty at the U.S. Walter Reed
National Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, and holds professorships at the University of
Maryland, University of Washington and Nova Southeastern University.
Dmitriy Kravchenko, MPH, is a student in Nova
Southeastern University’s dual medical and dental degree program.
He is scheduled to graduate in 2017 with doctor of dental surgery
and medical doctor degrees
Diana Bronstein, DDS, MS, MS, is an associate professor in the Department of Periodontology at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is a diplomate of the American Academy of Periodontology and a diplomate and fellow of the International

Avinash S. Bidra, BDS, MS, FACP, is a board certified maxillofacial prosthodontist and director of the Prosthodontics Residency Program at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in Farmington. He lectures on dental implants at meetings nationally and abroad and publishes extensively in international scientific journals. Bidra has developed diagnostic and treatment protocols for full-arch fixed implant prostheses used by many clinicians and prosthodontic programs in the United States. Donald A. Curtis, DMD, FACP, is a professor in the Department of Preventive and Restorative Dental Sciences at the University of California San Francisco School of Dentistry. Joel H. Berg, DDS, MS, is professor emeritus of pediatric dentistry at the University of Washington School of Dentistry in Seattle. President of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and a former president of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, he is coeditor of the textbook Early Childhood Oral Health. Sally M. Mauriello, RDH, EdD, is a professor in the Department of Dental Ecology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. She has received several awards for teaching excellence and has presented at professional meetings at the state, national and international levels.
