Marlene Storz, MSDH, RDH, is an assistant professor in the dental hygiene program at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. Storz’s interest in suicide prevention led her to become certified as a gatekeeper instructor by the QPR Institute, which provides suicide prevention training programs to oral health professionals. Eric Linden, DMD, MSD, is a periodontist with more than 30 years of clinical experience, and a laser periodontal surgeon in private practice in New York. He is a professor of periodontics, implants, and oral medicine at Columbia University in New York. Linden directs several clinical trials assessing the effectiveness of laser treatment around failing implants. He serves on the American Academy of Periodontology Committee on Peri-Implantitis. Alan H. Gluskin, DDS, is a professor and cochairperson in the Department of Endodontics at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. He is a fellow of the International College of Dentists and the American College of Dentists. Gluskin serves as secretary on the executive board of directors for the American Association of Endodontists. He also sits on the editorial boards of the Journal of Endodontics and the International Journal of Endodontics. He is coeditor of the textbooks Decision Making in Dental Treatment Planning and Practical Lessons in Endodontic Treatment.
Daniel Davidian, DDS, is the founder of Anutra Medical. A graduate of the University of North Carolina (UNC) School of Dentistry, his extensive additional training includes programs in advanced life support skills from UNC, sedation training with the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and airway management from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He earned his Intravenous Sedation Certificate from the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. Davidian was awarded a fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and has been named as one of America’s Top Dentists by the Consumer’s Research Council of America.
