Nathaniel Lawson, DMD, PhD, serves as director of the Division of Biomaterials at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Dentistry, where he also directs the biomaterials residency program. A national and international lecturer, he was honored with the Stanford New Investigator Award and 3M Innovative Research Fellowship, both from the American Dental Association. Scott L. Doyle, DDS, MS, practices with Metropolitan Endodontics in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, and serves as an associate clinical professor for the Division of Endodontics at the University of Minnesota. A diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, he is a past president of the Minnesota Association of Endodontists and serves on the American Association of Endodontists’ Public and Professional Relations Committee and Annual Session Planning Committee. Doyle has authored multiple articles in scientific journals, as well as a chapter on the “Endodontic Applications of CBCT” in the upcoming textbook Maxillofacial Cone Beam Computed Tomography. Jennifer Chang, DDS, is an assistant professor in the Department of Periodontics and Dental Hygiene at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, School of Dentistry. She is a diplomate of the American Academy of Periodontology.

Fiona M. Collins, BDS, MBA, MA, lectures on a variety of topics, including infection control and the prevention and management of oral disease. A member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention, she is also a fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy and the ADA representative to the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation.
