Donna Catapano-Martinez, DHSc, CDA, RDH, is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting at New York University College of Dentistry in New York. She pursued an Advanced Education in General Dentistry in Toledo, Ohio, and is studying pediatric dentistry at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey.
John T. Dominici, DDS, MS, MSD, is a board certified prosthodontist and endodontist practicing within the Michael E. DeBakey VAMC.
