Eduard Epure, DMD, MS, is an assistant professor in the Département de Dentisterie de Restauration of the Université de Montréal, in Quebec, Canada, where he teaches dental and postgraduate students.
Andrea Zandona, DDS, MSD, PhD, is a tenured associate professor in the Department of Operative Dentistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. In addition to serving on editorial boards and as a reviewer for numerous scientific and dental journals, she has published and lectured nationally and internationally on prevention and management of dental caries. Amanda Reddington, LDH, MHA, CDA, EFDA, is an assistant clinical professor in the dental assisting and dental hygiene programs at USI. She is an active member of her local and state dental assisting associations, where she advocates for progress in the field of dental assisting.
Lynne Melchior, MSN, ACNP-BC, CDE, is an instructor in the undergraduate and graduate nursing programs at USI. She is a nurse, certified diabetes educator, and certified acute care nurse practitioner. Melchior is also a nurse practitioner at the St. Vincent’s Post Discharge Clinic in Evansville, Indiana.
Angela Wooton, PhD, RN, FNP-C, is an assistant professor in the graduate nursing program at USI, where she teaches pharmacology and advanced pathophysiology. A board certified family nurse practitioner, Wooton’s clinical experience includes family practice, ambulatory and emergency care, geriatrics, pediatrics and cardiovascular nursing.

Brooke M.O. Fukuoka, DMD, practices in South Central Idaho, where she owns Your Special Smiles, a special care/geriatrics practice. She also is an employee dentist at Family Health Services, a federally qualified health center in Twin Falls. Fukuoka has presented continuing education courses on silver diamine fluoride and special care throughout Idaho, and at A.T. A fellow of the American College of Dentists, International College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy, Nickman maintains a pediatric practice in St. Paul, Minnesota, and teaches part-time at the University of Minnesota.
Eric Y.K. Fung, PhD, is a professor emeritus in the Department of Oral Biology at UNMC College of Dentistry. His research interests include determining the role of mercury in neurodegenerative disorders, the neurochemical effects of nicotine on the brain, and the pharmacokinetics of bisphenol A released from dental sealants.
