Laurie Brenchley, RDH, BS, is a graduate student in the dental hygiene program at Idaho State University in Pocatello. She also serves as a clinical research specialist at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, where she manages protocols investigating patients with immune dysfunction and oral mucosal immunity. Mea A. Weinberg, RPh, DMD, MSD, is a clinical professor in the Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry. A diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, she has published articles and books on pharmacology and periodontics.

Dena M. Sapanaro, DDS, MS, is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry.
