Donna Catapano-Martinez, DHSc, CDA, RDH, is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting at New York University College of Dentistry in New York. John T. Dominici, DDS, MS, MSD, is a board certified prosthodontist and endodontist practicing within the Michael E. DeBakey VAMC.
