John C. Comisi, DDS, MAGD, is an associate professor in the Department of Oral Rehabilitation at the James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, where he directs the Operative II (adhesive and esthetic dentistry) course and chairs the dental materials committee. Prior to his appointment, Comisi practiced general dentistry in New York for 35 years.
