Joel H. Berg, DDS, MS, is professor emeritus of pediatric dentistry at the University of Washington School of Dentistry in Seattle. President of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and a former president of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, he is coeditor of the textbook Early Childhood Oral Health.
