Program Strives to Encourage Dental-Medical Innovation

In order to better integrate dental and medical care with the goal of improving overall health outcomes, SMILE Health, an initiative led by CareQuest Innovation Partners, aims to bridge this gap by uniting innovators, industry partners, and investors in a 12-week program. Combining validation studies, expert-led curriculum, mentorship, and networking opportunities, the program targets emerging health startups focused on oral and overall health innovation. The program’s three tracks focus on enhancing accessibility, addressing disparities, and integrating chronic care with oral health. Selected startups receive a $10,000 stipend and gain access to resources, expertise, and potential partnerships. The program culminates in a Demo Day, providing startups with the opportunity to showcase their solutions to industry leaders and potential investors.
