Massachusetts Dental Insurance Bill Is Signed Into Law
On November 8, Massachusetts voters overwhelmingly voted for the “A Law Relative to Regulation of Dental Insurance,” which requires dental insurance companies to spend 83% or more of members’ premiums on dental expenses and improving the quality of plans as opposed to administrative costs.
