Ready for a Vacation? US Says Avoid These COVID-19 Hot Spots
With spring quickly heading our way and the number of new COVID-19 cases taking a nosedive, who wouldn’t want to start planning a getaway? The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has picked up on this desire for travel among Americans and issued an advisory of 135 destinations to avoid due to the high transmission of SARS-CoV-2. To receive this negative designation, more than 500 new cases out of 100,000 people must have been clocked over the past 28 days. Unfortunately, some lovely tropical hot spots, such as the Bahamas, Barbados, Cayman Islands, Fiji, and Turks and Caicos Islands, are on the list. Click here to read more.
