Dentists Feel More Confident About Their Practice Stability During Pandemic
In a poll by the American Dental Association Health Policy Institute, three out of four dentists said they were confident in the stability of their practices when looking through the end of 2021. During the pandemic, one in five reported increasing patient fees to offset losses caused by COVID-19-related closures. Additionally, one out of four respondents noted they would seek to hire new staff over the next 3 months. Patient volumes continue to remain stable at about 90% of pre-pandemic rates.
