US Experiences a Welcome Decline in COVID-19 Cases
This week, the United States experienced the first decrease in COVID-19 cases in more than 3 months. And this may not be an isolated trend. Infectious disease researchers suggest that the nation’s peak occurred in mid-September when daily COVID-19 cases numbered more than 166,000, and that a steady decline will last at least until January 2022 when new predictions will be made.
