FDA Approves COVID-19 Booster Shots for Immunocompromised

The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved COVID-19 booster shots for immunocompromised individuals, who already experience a reduced immune response to the initial vaccination. The government agency will not suggest that others receive a booster shot at this time. Individuals with impaired immune systems comprise approximately 3% of the US population.     How can they approve the booster, when in fact they have not approved the vaccine itself.
    The approval of the vaccine will open doors for action related to the whole issue

    But people will fabricate other reasons not to vaccineate
