Effectiveness of Pfizer’s COVID-19 Vaccine Wanes 6 Months Post-Injection

Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine effectiveness drops to 84% 6 months after the vaccine series is complete, raising the question about whether a booster shot is needed. This revelation came from Pfizer itself as it continues to release data on its vaccine. This report, which has yet to be reviewed by an outside scientific panel, determined that the initially stated efficacy rate of 96% drops to 84% after 6 months. The highest level of effectiveness occurred 2 months after completion of the vaccine series. The data set includes more than 44,000 test subjects. However, the vaccine’s ability to protect against severe illness remained high, at 97% even 6 months post-inoculation. Click here to read more.
