FDA Takes Action Against Manufacturers of Products Making False COVID-19 Claims

The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) asked two companies to stop selling products due to false claims made about their ability to prevent and/or treat the illness associated with the novel coronavirus. The requests were issued to Spartan Enterprises Inc dba Watershed Wellness Center for its Dissolve BioActive Silicate product and NovaBay Pharmaceuitcals Inc for its Avenova^® Antimicrobial Lid & Lash Solution, Pure Hypochlorous Acid 0.01%, 20 ml.
