Dentistry Continues to Recover at a Steady Pace
New polling data from the American Dental Association Health Policy Institute (ADA HPI) demonstrate that dentistry’s recovery following the shutdown of practices due to the COVID-19 pandemic is continuing at a steady clip. Results of an August 11 poll show that 98% of dental practices are seeing patients for all types of oral health care.
The ADA HPI also conducted a poll of consumers regarding their comfort with seeking dental treatment. The data show that three out of four Americans who sought dental care in 2019 are fine with seeing an oral health professional now during the pandemic. Read more here.
