Thomas G. Wilson Jr., DDS, is a clinical associate professor at Texas A&M University College of Dentistry in Dallas and the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Dentistry. A periodontist practicing in Dallas, he is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and member of the International College of Dentists. Wilson is also editor in chief of Decisions in Dentistry.
Stephen C. Bayne, MS, PhD, is a professor emeritus in the Department of Cariology, Restorative Sciences and Endodontics at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor. He is a past president of the Academy of Dental Materials, American Association for Dental Research and IADR. Bayne’s clinical and laboratory research has been presented in more than 274 published abstracts, 136 articles and 498 research or continuing education presentations. Ronald J. Heys, DDS, MS, is a tenured associate professor in the Department of Cariology, Restorative Sciences and Endodontics at the U-M School of Dentistry. He is a clinic director in comprehensive care and is involved in several longterm clinical trials of all-ceramic restorative materials.
Rania Livada, DDS, MS, is a prosthodontics implant fellow in the Department of Periodontics at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore. P. Mark Bartold, DDSc, PhD, is a professor emeritus at the University of Adelaide and formerly a professor of periodontics and director of the Colgate Australian Clinical Dental Research Centre at the University of Adelaide in Australia. He is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in the Special Stream of Periodontics, and also a fellow of the Academy of Dentistry International, International College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. Bartold serves on Decisions in Dentistry’s Editorial Advisory Board, and is editor of the Australian Dental Journal and Journal of the International Academy of Periodontology. Morton Rosenberg, DMD, is a professor of oral and maxillofacial surgery, an associate professor of anesthesiology, and head of the Division of Anesthesia and Pain Control at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
