Donna Warren Morris, RDH, MEd, is a professor in the Department of Periodontics and Dental Hygiene at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Dentistry, where she directs the dental hygiene program. June M. Sadowsky, DDS, MPH, FASGD, DABSCD, is an associate professor in the Department of General Practice and Dental Public Health at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Dentistry. She is also a board member of the UTHealth Consortium on Aging. Sadowsky is a fellow of the American Society of Geriatric Dentistry and a diplomate of the Special Care Dentistry Association.
Kelly K. Shutoff, RDH, BSDH, MEd, is a practicing dental hygienist and an adjunct faculty member at the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene, MCPHS University, in Boston, where she is a didactic and clinical instructor.

Diane Rhee, Pharm.D, MHA, is a corporate clinical manager of acute care pharmacy services for Universal Hospital Services. Based in Las Vegas, she previously served as an associate professor of pharmacy practice at Rose man University of Health Sciences in Henderson, Nevada.

Fernando Suárez López del Amo, DDS, MS, is an assistant professor in the Department of Periodontics at the University of Oklahoma, College of Dentistry in Oklahoma City. An international speaker, he is author or coauthor of numerous peer reviewed publications, and has contributed to several textbooks. A diplomate of the American Academy of Periodontology, he serves as a reviewer for multiple journals covering periodontics and implant dentistry.
Andrea Ravidà, DDS, MS, is a postdoctoral student in the Periodontics and Oral Medicine Department at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor.
