SAVANAH CARLSON, DAADOM, is the director of member services at American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM). She boasts a decade of dental experience with dental office manager expertise spanning marketing, work culture, and conflict resolution. With a Diplomate of the AADOM designation and previous AADOM Boston study club presidency, Carlson drives dental professionals’ success through education and motivation.

Michele P. Carr, RDH, MA, EdD, is faculty emeritus and former chair of the Division of Dental Hygiene at The Ohio State University, College of Dentistry in Columbus. She has served on numerous professional committees such as the American Dental Education Association Council of Allied Dental Program Directors, American Dental Hygienists’ Association Council on Policy and Bylaws, and Committee on Dental Accreditation Dental Hygiene Review Committee. Carr currently serves on the Ohio State Dental Board and is a member of the CDCA-WREB-CITA.
