Utsavi H. Kapadia, BDS, MPH, is a research assistant in the Department of Preventive and Restorative Dental Sciences at the UCSF School of Dentistry.
Alireza Karimi, DDS, is a preceptor and research assistant in the Department of Preventive and Restorative Dental Sciences (PRDS) at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) School of Dentistry. Sorin Boeriu, DDS, MsD, PhD, Dip Perio, FRCD(C), maintains a private practice limited to implant and periodontal surgery in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. He has published articles on implant dentistry, soft tissue grafting, and periodontal/restorative treatment of carious and noncarious cervical lesions and presented numerous lectures. Furthermore, Boeriu is the author of two textbooks: Periodontics in the Tradition of Bissada and Clinical Periodontology and Implant Surgery.
STEFAN A. HOTTEL, BS, is a dental student at the Lincoln Memorial University College of Dental Medicine in Knoxville, Tennessee.
TEODORA BOERIU, BS, is a medical student at St. George University in Grenada, West Indies.
EVAN J. FRY, DMD, practices general dentistry in the Chicagoland metro area. His professional areas of interest include working with patients on both ends of the age spectrum, oral surgery and implantology, dental public health, the environmental impact of dental materials, and prevention-focused dental interventions. Fry was selected as a “Speaker on the Rise” for the 2022 American Dental Association annual meeting, delivering a presentation on environmental sustainability in dentistry. He volunteers internationally and domestically, partnering with Dental Lifeline Network to provide pro-bono care at his practice.
