EVE J. CUNY, BA, MS, is an associate professor in the Department of Dental Practice and director of Environmental Health and Safety at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. Cuny has presented more than 200 continuing education courses throughout North America, contributed to textbooks, conducted dental infection control research, and published articles about infection control and safety in dentistry.
