Unified Dentsply Sirona Promises Innovation

With a promise to be the “dental solutions company,” industry heavyweights Dentsply and Sirona have joined forces as Dentsply Sirona. The merger, announced in September, was finalized in late February. The union of Dentsply, a market leader in consumables, and Sirona, a leading technology and equipment company, creates the industry’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies. In a statement, Dentsply Sirona vowed to use its research and development platform to create innovative, end-to end clinical solutions.
