COVID-19 Cases Continue to Decline Across the US

The daily COVID-19 case rate is decreasing in every state except Maine after a peak that hit mid-January, due to the highly contagious Omicron variant. In other good news, the number of Americans hospitalized due to COVID-19 has declined by 15% since mid-January.
