Small Business Majority Submits Amicus Brief in Support of COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate
The Small Business Majority, an organization representing 85,000 small businesses across the United States, along with additional partners, submitted an amicus brief (legal brief submitted by parties outside of those involved in the actual case) in support of the federal government’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for employers of more than 100 employees. The mandate, which was issued through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, was suspended on November 19 due to litigation questioning its constitutionality, and is now with the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
