FDA Says No to COVID-19 Booster Shots for All
On September 17, the United States Food and Drug Administration’s Vaccine Advisory Committee voted against recommending a third shot, or booster, for vaccinated individuals older than 16. The vote applies to both the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccinations. The panel did, however, vote to recommend a third dose for those age 65 and older and individuals at high risk of severe illness due to COVID-19. Click here to read more.
