ADA Requires Proof of Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 Test to Attend Annual Meeting

All oral health professionals, exhibitors, guests, and staff members who wish to attend the annual meeting, SmileCon, of the American Dental Association (ADA) must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test result. The meeting will be held in Las Vegas October 11 to 13, 2021. The organization is working with a partner, Clear Health Pass+, to enable immunized individuals to upload their vaccine cards for quick entry. This partner also provides a mobile platform for unvaccinated attendees to submit their negative test results. These participants will need to provide a negative COVID-19 test result within 48 hours of check-in as well as demonstrate an additional negative test result every 72 hours after the initial test.
