Cynthia A. Finfrock, RDH, MS, is the senior clinic coordinator and clinical dental hygienist in the faculty practice at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore. She has completed research on the role of local drug delivery agents in the treatment of peri-implantitis. Finfrock has served numerous roles in state and local dental hygienists’ associations and has received serval awards for her commitment to dental hygiene.
