Lisa Devine, MFHT, has over 25 years of experience in holistic therapies and sports massage with a keen interest in anxiety, fibromyalgia, burnout, and chronic fatigue syndrome. She runs a clinic in Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, England. Devine is also co-author of the book The Anxiety Bureau, due out this summer, which is aimed at teenagers and presents the key psychological concepts around their new perspective on anxiety in a way that is easy to understand. Her vision is to get everyone healthy, living mindful of their brains and bodies.
