Jorge H. Caceda, DDS, MPH, MS, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry and Community Health at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, New Jersey. He is also a fellow and diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, a committee member of the Renewal of Certification Examination of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and a visiting professor at Cayetano Heredia University in Lima, Peru. Mahta Hazaveh, DDS, MSc, practices pediatric dentistry in Ottawa, Canada. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and Canadian Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
John Flucke, DDS, is in private practice in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, where he spends two days per week in direct patient care. He lectures extensively on all aspects of clinical dentistry and dental technology as well as consults with manufacturers to help develop techniques, technologies, and products. This allows him to see the process from the “duct tape stage” all the way through to the completed item.
