Kayla Reed, RDH, MS-EDHP, is a clinical assistant professor and clinic coordinator at the Caruth School of Dental Hygiene at Texas A&M College of Dentistry. Additionally, she is course director for the comprehensive care seminar.
Mark Deutchman, MD, is a professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He also has faculty appointments in the School of Dental Medicine and School of Public Health. He founded the Rural Track in the School of Medicine and serves as associate dean for rural health at the University of Colorado.
David M. Krol, MD, MPH, FAAP, is a pediatrician and medical director of the Connecticut Children’s Care Network, a clinically integrated network of Connecticut Children’s Hospital, its pediatric specialists, and independent pediatric practices.
Joseph A. Giovannitti, DMD, is a professor and chair of the Department of Dental Anesthesiology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
