EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
After reading this course, the participant should be able to:

  1. Discuss the stages of Alzheimer’s disease.
  2. Describe the oral implications of the medications used to treat Alzheimer’s disease.
  3. Explain the importance of collaboration between clinicians and caregivers in promoting the oral health of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease.
