Boyce (Mack) M. Morrison, Jr, PhD, is president of Starfish Scientific Solutions, a consulting firm located in Lewes, Delaware, that specializes in clinical research strategy, clinical quality assurance, technical writing, and scientific communications strategy. Morrison has more than 40 years of experience working in clinical research, research and development, regulatory, and product safety.
