Esthetic Orthodontic Treatment

1. List various approaches to orthodontic therapy, reasons why patients may prefer one modality to another, and how gender and age may influence preference.
2. Provide historical context for clear aligner and lingual appliance therapies, and the pros and cons of each approach.
3. Discuss theories for tooth movement and forces that affect outcomes during orthodontic treatment.
