EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
After reading this course, the participant should be able to:

  1. Explain the diagnostic utility and indications for cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) in endodontics, as well as the advantages of this imaging modality.
  2. Describe CBCT’s potential impact on endodontic treatment planning and delivery of care.
  3. Discuss specific scenarios in which CBCT imaging can enhance endodontic therapy.
