David A. Reznik, DDS, is chief of dental services for the Grady Health System in Atlanta. He also serves as director of the Oral Health Center in Grady’s Infectious Disease Program, which he founded 24 years ago. He has been providing oral health care services for people living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) disease in the Atlanta metropolitan area for 29 years. Reznik is founder and president of HIVdent, a nonprofit organization of concerned health care providers committed to assuring access to high-quality oral health care services for those living with HIV disease. He is also a member of the Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP).
