Zest Anchors Acquires Danville Materials

Zest Anchors has purchased Danville Materials, a manufacturer of restorative consumables and small dental equipment. “For more than 40 years, Zest has been a global leader in overdenture treatment technologies focused on improving the lives of edentulous patients,” notes Zest CEO Steve Schiess. “This acquisition will enable Zest to expand its range of treatment solutions to patients caring for their natural teeth, as well.” The merger of the two California-based firms was announced in early February. Financial terms were not disclosed.
