The American Dental Association (ADA) has appointed Luiz Meirelles, DDS, MS, PhD, as its new director of professional product review and standards.
The American Dental Association (ADA) has appointed Luiz Meirelles, DDS, MS, PhD, as its new director of professional product review and standards. Working in concert with the ADA Council on Scientific Affairs, Meirelles will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for its Professional Product Review program. He will also oversee the development of dental materials standards, as well as the protocols used for product testing.
