Myrtle Beach Dental Office Rocked by $600K Embezzlement Arrest

A former employee at a Myrtle Beach dental practice is accused of stealing more than $600,000 over an 18-month period before being arrested by US Marshals.

A Myrtle Beach woman has been arrested after allegedly embezzling more than $612,000 from Affordable Dentures & Implants on 38th Avenue. Police say the 39-year-old who was responsible for collecting and depositing patient payments, marked accounts as paid while keeping the cash for herself between January 2024 and August 2025. The investigation relied on bank statements, audit reports, and scheduling records to uncover the missing funds. United States Marshals arrested the suspect on November 18, charging her with breach of trust with fraudulent intent.
