Understanding Surface Disinfection in a World of Emerging Viral Pathogens

Dental offices are reopening and must practice elevated levels of infection prevention for their patients who trust dental healthcare providers to keep them safe.

Released in March, the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) List-N is a searchable list of EPA-registered disinfectant products that are qualified for use against SARS-CoV-2, the
novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19.

Understanding product labels and navigating what dental offices should search for on the EPA’s List-N can be difficult. COLTENE SciCan created a video to share with DHP that helps explain how to search the EPA List-N and understand the importance of finding the right products for their practice.
