TAUB Sponsors Sealant Program
TAUB Products, a long-time manufacturer of dental consumable products, has announced the sponsorship of the dental sealant grant program at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. The program will take place at various locations over the next few weeks.
Southern Illinois University offers clinics for children from 3 to 17 years old. Their services include exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments and sealants performed by senior dental hygiene students. The exam fulfills state requirements for children who will be entering kindergarten, second and sixth grade this fall. There is no fee for the dental services. Children who are members of the “AllKids” program should bring their medical card.
The clinics are:
- July 20 – Pinckneyville: Perry County Health Department, 907 S. Main St.
- July 27 – Pinckneyville: Perry County Health Department, 907 S. Main St.
- July 28 – Carbondale: Bethel A.M.E. Church, 314 E. Jackson St.
- Aug. 3 – Murphysboro: Jackson County Health Department, 415 Health Department Road
