Meghan A. McGuinness, RDH, MA, EdD, is a professor in the Department of Dental Hygiene at State University of New York Broome Community College in Binghamton. With more than 20 years of clinical dental hygiene experience, McGuinness has practiced in general dental offices and specialty settings, such as public health, pediatric and periodontal practices.
